Request a return
Contact customer care within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Item condition
Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags. Items showing use or damage may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by payment provider.
Order changes
If an order has not entered fulfillment, contact us promptly to ask whether it can be cancelled or changed.
