Order processing
Orders are processed after payment has been authorised. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or dispatch.
Delivery destinations, methods and charges
Available destinations, delivery services, charges and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. The options and delivery times shown at checkout apply to that order. Dispatch and tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email address provided with the order after dispatch. Tracking may take time to show its first scan.
